These little 'To Do' and 'To Buy' notelets are also in the back pocket. I am rather pleased with this novel little calendar and will be making a few more as gifts.

I'm back crafting again...
I've been happily playing with my new Joanna Sheen cds today (the Pamela West Collection). These are so different from Joanna's other cds and are proving great fun. Just the thing to break me into crafting again after the marathon of wedding stationery. I have several more pages printed off ready to make up tomorrow, but here are the ones I made today.

Paper Dolls Big Challenge
For my friend Ann
it was her birthday this week and her daughter's wedding last month. So I altered a board book into a little wedding album for her. I couldn't get hold of any photos to put in it but she can have the fun of doing that.
some of the pages inside the book, ready for her favourite photos.
this was fun to do and best of all - Ann loved it.

a Coat Hanger by another Name
After making all the wedding stuff I decided I needed a little light relief before I got down to any serious crafting. I found this Bear Factory coat hanger lurking in the bottom of a wardrobe and decided it was just what I needed to hang some junk jewellery from - you know the sort of jewellery that gets thrown in a drawer and when you want a piece it takes two hours to untangle it all.
I covered it with some pretty white and grey paper to start with, punched the holes with my trustworthy crop-o-dile, disguised the bear's head with a few die cuts - can't believe I used hearts again. Some ribbons and satin embellishments made the base and then all I had to do was add a lt of crystals for some bling.
Now all I have to do is bang a nail inside one of the wardrobe doors and voila, all done and no more muddled jewellery. Might have to go and nose through Mya's wardrobe and see if she has any more hangers.
